When you have an urgent matter that cannot wait, your system is down, you are unable to diagnose the problem and need help now. Granco Clark offers an After-Hours Emergency Service (+1-616-522-2165). A Granco Clark Service Technician will respond within the hour, barring any unforeseen circumstances. There may be a service FEE* that will be billed by the hour for all Emergency Services.  

Be prepared to provide the following when calling the SOS After-Hours Emergency Service line:

Please note:

The after-hours service option is only for “Emergency Service”.

“Emergency Service” is defined as: “Your system is down and/or you cannot diagnose the problem. This is an URGENT matter, and I need help now. It can’t wait.” For Emergency Service, call 616-522-2165

*A service FEE to obtain after-hours support is required unless you subscribe to our 24-hour support or have a maintenance agreement, or the equipment is within normal start-up period, then the FEE is waived. If you do not have a 24-hour support contract or maintenance agreement and would like to inquire about how to obtain a Service Support Agreement, contact your Sales Representative @ +1-616-794-2600.


FEE

  • Standard Afterhours Monday through Saturday $175/hr
  • Afterhours Sunday/Holiday $350/hr
  • 24-hour service contract - contact your Sales Representative
  • Maintenance Agreement - contact your Sales Representative

A minimum of one (1) hour charge will be billed for all After Hours Emergency Service Calls - 616-522-2165.


Why do we charge a FEE for After-Hours Emergency Services

  • Cover technician's time for after-hour services. 
  • The Service Call fee is the expense associated with the time to log in, diagnose, inspect, and provide expert service, support, and solutions by our service technician.
