Sales Engineer Systems Engineer

Sells custom manufactured equipment, systems and supplies or services by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Calls on management representatives such as engineers, architects, or other professional and technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments and attempts to convince prospective client of desirability and practicability of products or services offered.
  • Represents Granco Clark at Trade
  • Reviews blueprints, plans, obtains customer requirements and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates.
  • Draws up or proposes changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations.
  • Provides technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of
  • Draws up sales or service contract for products or 
  • Completes any Quality System records/activities
  • Travel to Customer sites as needed to perform any of the duties mentioned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation and training may be provided to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

BSE preferred or equivalent experience.
