Press Metals Chooses Granco Clark to Equip New Line

Belding, Michigan— Press Metals China of SanShui, Chinais adding a 4000 Ton UBE press to its facility in Guangdon Province, China. The system will be configured to provide air cooling or water quenching, as appropriate for the profile.

The line will incorporate import technology at key points in the production process, and Granco Clark has been selected to supply it.  Heating will be provided by a Granco Clark Hot Jet Furnace, and billets will be cut to size by a Granco Clark Hot Saw. The system also includes a High Pressure Spray Quench for water quench alloys, and the legendary Granco Clark “Flying Cut” Double Puller.
