Granco Clark Installs New Heating and Handling Equipment at Xinyu

Jiangsu, China— Granco Clark recently completed new heating and handling equipment installations for Xinyu Group’s extrusion facility in Jiangsu, China. XinYu added a 300 Ton UBE press and selected the Granco Clark for all of the heating and handling equipment for their new press line.

Xinyu selected the Granco Clark Furnace/Shear for heating. The puller system for the new line features a Granco Clark cut-on-the fly Double Puller. The handling system includes dual-capacity water and air quenching technology—a high Pressure Spray Quench for water quench alloys and an air-quenching system with cooling ducts above and jets under the runout table, along with undertable fans.

The Xinyu expansion also included the installation of three Granco Clark Double Pullers for other press lines.
