High-capacity, high-performance saw won’t cut into throughput

The Granco Clark extrusion cutoff saw is built for productivity. Its wide table capacity maximizes throughput, while its precise tolerances and cut finish often eliminate the additional time needed for a secondary cut.

The saw’s drop-down arbor design eliminates back rake, improving cut quality. Blade height is adjusted automatically to provide a better cut and minimize damage on thin shapes. The positive hydraulic-powered saw stroke and feed system are free of pulsating that could cause detrimental blade overload, damage to teeth, rough cutting, and premature blade wear.

Vacuum chip collection keeps the workplace free of metal fragments that could damage the surface of extrusions. Scrap ends are automatically removed via a tilt belt conveyor.
