The Granco Clark demand billet saw is an exceptionally durable circular saw that delivers a clean, square cut. Our sawing systems integrate the rugged saw with a PLC processor and loading and unloading tables.

The saw’s simple design keeps maintenance to a minimum. There’s no physical saw stop, which reduces the complexity of the equipment. An encoder on the pusher provides the information for accurate cut lengths.

The Granco Clark billet saw is available with automatic compensation cutting. Short pieces are automatically joined with a piece of the correct size to create the billet length needed—with virtually no air entrapment between the two pieces—to maximize metal usage.
